Orders Status And Tracking
In the rare case that a product has sold out in-store and is out of stock online, you will be notified within 24-48hrs of your order. You will be issued a full and immediate refund for the item(s) inclusive of shipping costs.
All in-stock orders received by 12pm PST Monday to Thursday will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12pm PST Monday to Wednesday, will be shipped out the following day. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday, will be shipped out on Monday.
In most cases, you will receive a tracking number for you order the same day. Once we've packaged your order and handed it over to the carrier (ex. USPS, UPS, etc.), it usually takes a day for the tracking details to update.

Shipping & Return Policies
Yes, we ship worldwide! You can choose from several shipping/carrier options at checkout. All customs & duties fees will be the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the receiver's country.
All sales are final on vintage items purchased online or in-store. Unfortunately, due to the singular nature of one-of-a-kind vintage, we DO NOT accept returns. The one exception to our policy is if you are sent the incorrect item.
For Harvester brand items, we accept returns within 7 days after purchase for in-store exchange or store credit ONLY. All items must be in new and unworn condition with original tags attached.
All sale/discounted items are final sale.
